Payment Information

For your convenience, North Little Rock Electric Department offers several methods for payment on accounts.

If you would like to mail a check or money order (Please do NOT send cash through the mail), remit payment to the address below:

Of course, you're welcome to make payments in person at the City Services Building. You can come inside, or use our convenient drive-thru service. We're located at 120 Main Street in downtown North Little Rock, just west of Alltel Arena. The payment area is conveniently located in the lobby of the first floor. Office hours are from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday - Friday. For your convenience, an after-hours drop box (night deposit) is located at the rear of the City Services building in the drive through area. The after-hours drop box is on the drive-thru building wall in the first drive-thru space.

The North Little Rock Electric City Services Office observes the following Holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Funds Transfer (Paid Via Bank Draft)

When you sign up for the Pre-Authorized payment program, your North Little Rock Electric payment will electronically draft from your checking or saving account each month on the due date shown on your bill. Signing up for this program will save time, postage, and checks.

Levelized Billing

To minimize the normal highs and lows of seasonal electric bills, consider our levelized billing program. Our levelized billing program assists you in budgeting for the payment of your monthly electric bill.
