Reporting Outages
Part of our mission at North Little Rock Electric is to provide our valued customers with a reliable source of power. Our power infrastructure is designed, maintained and upgraded to make sure that, whether you are at work, home, or play, you'll have all the power you need.
However, as with all electrical systems, temporary power outages do occur for a variety of reasons. In the event of an outage, all Electric Department personnel are hard at work getting the power restored.
You can help us in getting the power restored in a timely manner by reporting a power outage if you have been affected. A 24-hour Automated Outage message system has been implemented and maintained by 21st Century Communications. This system was designed to handle large volumes of calls (up to 1800 simultaneously) quickly. To access thhe Automated System, call 1-888-728-4004. Follow the menu prompts and your outage will generate a ticket in our Night Dispatch center. Your power will be restored as soon as possible.
